What you can expect
Before we agree on cooperation, I prefer a personal meeting, or an initial consultation, where we clarify the entire coaching process and its principles. We will also agree on a topic on which we will work together. It is important to clarify what should be the result of the whole process and what the expectations are at the beginning in order to make the session for the client as beneficial as possible. Subsequently, we will agree on the length of cooperation, frequency and price (depending on the difficulty and length of the cooperation). The regular frequency of sessions is once a week or once every 14 days.
The recommended session length is 60-90 minutes.
I make individual arrangements with each client according to their needs. Consultations can take place in person, over the phone or via video conference.
